I called the customer service # this is listed on my reservation page on the RCCL site and the rep was very helpful. She said she would have to have her supervisor email the ship and inquire if my stateroom was completed. Of course, I thought yea right, guess I will find out when I get there...but the supervisor called and left me a vm on my cell within 1hr saying she wanted me to know she was working on it for me and had sent the email to the ship and that she would get back with me when they replied She also told me that she didn't know how long it would take but she would try and get an answer as quickly as possible. Once again, I thought I guess I will see when I get there even though I was happy I received the call.
Well, today on lunch I received the call from the supervisor who told me she had heard back and my stateroom has been transitioned to the new bedding.
If you are leaving soon and you would like to know, call RCCL directly...suprisingly, they were extremely helpful!!
