Default Freedom Deck Plan Question

This is probably a very stupid question but here goes:

On deck 3 of the Freedom of the Seas near the back of the ship it says Terra on one side and Cielo on the other. What is that?!?!?

I think those are dining room areas, but don't remember for certain.

Yes, they are dining room areas used for overflow when the ship is fully booked. Else used as meeting rooms for staff.
