My family is thinking of starting to take cruises on spring break as well as summer, and i was wondering if there would be lots of other teens for me to hang out with because i know spring break is at different times allover the country so just wondering!

It really does depend on when you go. We were on a cruise(HAL) the first week of April and there were a lot of children(0-12 )but not so many teens . I think RCCL has more families so you'll probably be fine.
I have been on RCCL during spring break. We had a mother with a 14 year old girl at our table. She had a ball. She and a group of teens were always wondering the ship and having a good time. I think mom had her wear a walkie talkie most of the time but I didn't see any problems just agroup of 12 or 14 having fun. They seem to have a great teen program. Maybe dances also.
Both times are really popular family times, due to the school vacations. You should have no problems meeting any other teens. My boys never seem to have any problems. Have a great cruise...

My past experience as a parent and cruising with teens is just based on Carnival the last 4 years.
but I'd say also applies to RCI- we had over 800 kids and I know of 120 of them from roll call were 15-17 last April 1st cruise. I am sure there will be other teens wandering looking for people to hang with.

Most cruises of seven nights or less during winter and spring breaks have plenty of teens aboard. Basically, that means pretty much any cruise from the middle of February until the end of April. Cruises longer than seven nights have fewer because they typically do not fit within anybody's school vacation period.
