Dolphin Encounter at Cozumel

Can anyone tell me about their experiences with the dolphin encounter at Dolphin Discovery in Cozumel. I know it is not as detailed as the swim but our 2 small grandchildren can only do the encounter. Also, we can book it now at the Dolphin Discovery or should we book through the ship? Dolphin Discovery said they would not charge for the grandchildren but they said RCCL would.

We did the dolphin swim and the sea lion swim there, kids had a blast!!!
We booked directly with the park, not the boat. RCCl will charge you for the kids... Bests to keep the money in your own pocket.

We saw the encounter, and the younger kids there seemed very happy.
Afterall, not many of them at the younger ages really want to swim with them, just touching them was enough.

Dh took our kids (ages 8 and then 4) to the Dolphin Discovery in March of this year. They had a BLAST!!!!

I watched from a table near the pool/bar area, very nice waitstaff I might add. Try the burritos that aren't on the menu....EXCELLENT!

We booked with Dolphin Discovery too, thanks to the advice on the Carnival board Saved quite a bit of money by doing so.

I say go for it, it will be something the grandkids will remember forever!
