Southbound Alaska cruise, starboard balcony cabin, facing away from mainland. on the hump!, deck 8 (8586)
port balcony cabin, deck 7, aft (7654) Which would you choose?
(I like the aft balconies, but decided against because the extra money that it would have cost will cover my shore excursions and spending money for the trip.)
I'm scared of getting seasick ( very prone to motion sickness), so the center of the ship on the hump appeals to me a lot. However, i don'y want to miss everything by being on thewrong side. Please help me decide!
Has anyone cruised on the 'wrong" side before? What did you think? Would you recommend this choice/
Go for the hump cabin. The location is great, close to everything. and if you are afraid of getting seasick, the best place on the ship is a central location. You can allways go up on the public decks to sight see.
