Default Boarding & Luggage (luggage with us)?

Can anyone tell me if I am driving to a Port to walk on the ship I will have my luggage with me.... So Question is:
Do we take our luggage right to the room with us? Walk on Scan...Or does someone take it and deliver it........

I would like to walk on my Formal Wear in a hanging bag is this something that is possible?

If your bag fits through an airport size x-ray machine you can carry on as much as you like. The larger size suitcases are given to porters, who will load them on to the ship, and they'll be delivered to your cabin.

Our baggage has always been delivered in a timely manner. However, pack your bathing suit & a change of clothes in your carry on just in case. Bathing suit in carry on is a must if your going to hang out by the pool at sailing.

Hi shipmate!

I've joined the MOB for this cruise, and have been chatting with Gail for a couple days now. Looking forward to meeting you on Grandeur in 69 days! Anyway, yes, you will give the larger suitcases to the porters, I would strongly recommend that you keep any valuables, be they jewelry or electronic, as well as a bathing suit, and something for dinner in your carry on just in case you don't get your bags before dinner. Last October, we got our bags about 4:00 pm on Grandeur. This is going to be my third cruise on Grandeur, and we're meeting our tablemates from our first cruise on Grandeur. They're doing a B2B, going to Bermuda the week before we get there for our 9 night, the lucky dogs. Catch you later, hope this helps a little.
