Itinerary for 1st time cruiser suggestions?

Hi all, we're doing our first time cruise last week of August. It's the Majesty of the Seas, out of Miami, to Nassau, Coco cay, and Key West. Here's what we were looking to do so far:
Key West has a walking tour that samples the food.
Nassau for the Breezes package-Stay all day.
Coco cay- nothing yet.

We're not trying to spend too much, but really wanted to do the Atlantis, but it's not really in the budget. We don't want Coco cay to just be a "lay on the beach" day.

Any suggestions would be welcome, and if anyone knows the best place on this cruise to get conch fritters, I'd like to know! Also any reasonable "must do's", or "must see".

In Key west I suggest you walk on your own. The Island is 1.5 miles long about .5 mile wide. Don't pay for a ships excursion here. You can find maps online so that you can easily navigate the town.

Definitely do Atlantis If you haven't been there.

Coco key, try the wave runners. If you haven't ridden them in the ocean they are a blast
