St. Maarten Beaches

Any suggestions as to beaches to simply relax and lay out and suggested transportation and costs of transportation?

Have young kids so want to be in the "family" atmosphere.

hmmmm and yes, Orient Beach, the one we went by where tourists go is clothing optional. I have heard it is only part of the beach, but still probably wouldnt want to take my children there.

Hope you get some good suggestions. It seems like there might have been one right near the pier I remember.

Orient Beach is beautiful, but if you don't want to take a chance on the clothing optional beach goers, I would check out Mullet Bay. We were there and it's quiet and the water is beautiful. We took a taxi rider over. Have fun!
