Default royal caribbean childrens programs

Has anyone used the children's camps on Royal Caribbean? Specifically...how strict are they on age. We are cruising with my daughter who will turn 3 while on the cruise...but Royal Caribbean says she must be 3 before the cruise to participate. Does anyone have any advice?

Thank you.
