Does anyone know of any significant damage that was doen to Ochos Rios, Grand Caymen or Cozumel during the last hurrican? All of those islands were hit by a pretty big hurrican and not much was brodcast.

I think all those islands are open and ready for business, didn't get that hard. Costa Maya on the other hand did sustain some major damage and will be closed to cruise ships for month and even up to a year.

Just got off the Rhapsody Sept 2. Cozumel is fine, no damage. The reefs around Cozumel are still recovering from Wilma. Costa Maya is expected to be off-line for a year. Roatan was fine but got brushed the next week by Felix, so far as I can guess from the storm track there wasn't too much damage.

The poor areas of those countries were badly hit, some villages along the shore were leveled & one village of people are all missing.

So I wouldn't say there wasn't any damage, just not to the where the cruise ships are.
