Default PORT SAMANA, Dominican...????what to do? & CAYO???

Hello all again:

Ok rumour has it that there isn't really anything to do in Port Samana! Apparently it is best to go to Cayo?

What is in Cayo....? also rumor states that a tender boats goes right back to the ship... Is that any time during your vistit...????
I don't want to be stuck on a Beach all day in Cayo either... Is there shopping there?

Any help would be appreciated.....Im thinking maybe I will just stay on the ship...if there isn't too much to do in Samana, Dominican but Cayo may be another option.......

Is this a excursion thing or do you just go there ? is it far from Port Samana...

Confused as always...

Louise
