$900 worth of goods ($450 for people under 18) including gifts (given to you or intended for others), souvenirs, cameras, electronic equipment, leather goods, perfume concentrates, jewellery, watches and sporting equipment. Alcohol and tobacco products cannot be included in this concession.

No clue on where to buy watches in those ports.

The western caribbean itin. you're doing is not particularly known for shopping ports. The key is to know the prices of the watches you're looking for. Search at home and on the net, and know what you can get them for at home.

Grand Caymen is a pretty expensive spot normally because the economy there is very good. Your best bet may be in Cozumel, but as I mentioned.... don't take the prices you see for granted.

Be very careful buying a "high end" watch. There are lots of knock off Rolex, Movado, and other expensive watches out there, so be sure that if you do buy, that you buy from someone you can trust!

Many times in the jewelry stores, they have "good deals" on older model Movados, sometimes his and hers..This is not the good shopping itinerary, that the eastern is..Check the model numbers at home for pricing and shop with a plan. When you get the best price, if you will pay cash, ask if they can do better, since there will be no credit card charge for them...
