Didn't get luggage tags in mail or cruise documents

We did an on line check in and have gotten no luggage tags or anything in the mail. We leave in 5 days. Should we have? How would we get them now?

Hi Suzy,
When you arrive at the pier, have them put tags on your luggage before you turn them over to the porters. They should be able to tag your luggage for you, not a problem.

If you've checked your booking online, and filled out the guest registration online, you really don't need the documents.

I know it feels good to have them in hand, but we've cruised without documents before.

As Donna said, the porters at the pier will have a manifest; give them your name and they'll give you luggage tags.

Take your printed set sail pass from the online check-in, your passports/drivers licenses and the credit card you used for the online check-in. That's all you need at the pier. As mentioned the porters will have extra tags - put your name and cabin # on tags and tip the porter maybe $1 or $2 per bag. ENJOY!

Most cruise lines have changed to e-doc. You or your agent should have received doc as email. Call TA or RCI and ask them to email your doc. There's no need to print them out (it could be 10-12 pages long), but you might pick up some information that you didn't know by reading them.
