Cruise Paperwork

We booked a Feb. cruise Dec. 16th. I finally called RCL as we have not received any paperwork, luggage tags, nada as of today 1/2/08. RCL told us "It's in the mail". I know the holidays are just ending, but does it usually take this long??

I have done 3 cruises with RCL and each time I got the documentation, including luggage tags, 1 to 2 weeks before the cruise date, however I booked through a TA.

1-2 weeks before sail date is the norm..if you have booked your own air, it can be earlier....watch for the mailman:):)

You still have plenty of time, I've received docs as late as 2 days prior.

PS, I forgot to mention, you can create an account online on the RCL site and add your reservation. You will then have links to most of the documentation you will get in the mail. You can book shore excursions, fill in docomentation etc.
