Can a guest go to the concierge if they are in a JS.

mariner after some research I think the answer is no. Although the web site says yes.

I was in a JS on the Explorer this past 12.5 days and the answer is no. Must be in a FULL suite.

If that guest in a Diamond or Diamond Plus member and has booked a JS then the answer is yes.
