All cabins have safes. I had a balcony on Explorer in December and it comes with a small frig but not a regular frig--it doesn't keep soda cold just barely cool. Because I'm diabetic and have to keep my insulin cold I requested and got a real frig that fit under the vanity. The frig is marked "for medical use only" but obviously I stored my soda in it.

Almost all ships come with a safe and a small frig. Even the slightly older ships have those items. Enjoy your trip.
