Does anyone know if there are irons in rooms with a balcony???

No an "iron" is an "iron" no matter what you call it. Steamers are OK.

You can always send your clothes out to be ironed and pressed... but it's alot of $$$

Default Irons
I carried a travel iron aboard Liberty of the Seas out of Miami last summer. When it went through security they simply noted our cabin number in a log and allowed us to take it aboard.
