Default My Ship has come in!

We watched Voyager pull into port this morning. What a sight she is! We always head out early to take photos before returning to the hotel to wait for shuttle to the pier. Are we crazy or do others do that? We are just hours away from getting onboard. As we were getting coffee this morning at Starbucks (right across from the cruise terminal) we heard a rumor that no cruises are stopping in Jamaica due to unrest in the country. Is that true? RCCL sure hasn't mentioned that on their website and no one has posted that info here. Just wondering!

Bon Voyage!

No, you're not crazy. I live 30-35 minutes from the port and will often drive to Galveston to watch the ships set sail -- even without me!

We were on the Voyager Jan 20 and made our stop in Jamaica. We spent the day at Sunset Beach Resort and had a wonderful time. It is an all-inclusive, just minutes from the port. It is family friendly, which was necessary, since we had our 3 1/2 year old grandaughter with us.

Enjoy your cruise!

I just returned from a cruise on Carnival Liberty and we did stop in Jamaica on 1-16-08. Maybe things have changed in 2 weeks?
