We will be cruising on the Enchantment with family and children ages 6-11 in August. Previously the adults have taken the Konche train and other scenic tours, pub crawls in Key West. In Belize we have taken the tour to the see the ruins.
Can anyone provide information if there is any sandy beach relatively close to the dock in KW. And, while docking in Belize if there is a sandy beach close by to take the children as well?
The Enchantment is a great ship but appears to not have very much to offer kids other than Adventure Ocean.
Last year while on the Adventure we were told that one of the RCCL ships was being used to test a "Freestyle" type of dining similar to what NCL offers. And, if it works could be used system wide throughout RCCL. Has anyone heard anymore about this as to if it was succesfull or not ?
This month on the Navigator we encountered some changes and wonder if this has happened on all the RCCL ships ? As Diamond members, in the past, when using the Conscierge Lounge we were able to make our own drinks then consume them in that private lounge. On the Navigator the Conscierge checked everyone off as they entered the lounge and made all the drinks, he also WAS the bartender. No one was permitted to make their own. On debarkation, Diamond members normally have priority and muster in a named room to depart first. On the Navigator that whole process was not in effect. Diamond members were not afforded that previous priviledge to disembark first. There was a general sense of confusion with more waiting and not a smooth transition leaving the ship this time. Is this a new change taking place with all of the RCCL fleet ?
Thanks in advance to all who respond.......
