Thank you! Actually, Kruz and I were first in line and THE first cruisers onboard this time. We had priority boarding and took advantage of it!

Dave, the pics are really good. Very nice one with Red Stripe in hand. The girl who is tied up with the duct tape dressed in black looks really cute. Who is she? Sounds like you all had a great time. Are you doing a cruise in the fall? If so, let me know because it would be fun to cruise with you in the future. Did you go back to work yet? Must be hard getting back to the real world. Bob from CT

Thanks Dave. Enjoyed the pics, esp Key West. I miss that place.

Donna March 4th, 2008 08:57 PM

Again, great pics DTW.

Just wondering, did you notice people saving pool chairs?

Thanks Donna. Yes, to some degree with as little as a book or a snadle but there were plenty to go around. We had beautiful sunny warm days so the pool was a fun and busy place. 8)

RE:

And did we drink any Loaded Corona's while at sea? I had my first taste of these in Vegas at Margaritaville, and I have to say, I'm hooked!!!

I'm surprised as much as you like the beach and sun, that you haven't been out to Vegas, not that there is a beach there, but the hotel pools are absolutely amazing! I'm sure you could paint the town red!

Welcome back Dave :D Really enjoying the pictures. 17 days till I sail 8)

Dave the Wave March 5th, 2008 10:05 AM

Buttercup,

Vegas has never appealed to me. I am not into gambling even though I cruise. I enjoy being at sea and like meeting people and hanging out at the pool and doing all the fun activities. Maybe some day...

RCCL should take a page from the Vegas playbook and comp all you folks for at least a 7 dayer....I am almost twice your age..just discovered cruising last year...and after reading these (blogs) want to get on the horn and call a TA.....thanks Al

Al, thanks! I do know someone onboard who lost thousands in the casino and was told to meet with the manager to get a voucher for a free cruise. I don't think they were being nice, I think they wanted him back to lose more.

If you are twice our age, then you are still a young 60 something and should take a cruise!

Mean Dean March 5th, 2008 04:22 PM

Hey Dave,

I'm 10-times your age -- should I still go on a cruise?!

Dean

Dave the Wave March 5th, 2008 04:48 PM

Everyone should go on a cruise! 8)

dina March 5th, 2008 05:36 PM

Yep .. Totally agree with that one..

RE:

Awwww Dave! There is so much more to do than gamble in Vegas! Honestly! We sent some really dedicated church people there who spent $20.00 gambling the entire time they were there!

Some day, you'll have to check it out...maybe when I'm already living there instead of being jealous back in Buffalo now that you all are still cooling down from the Caribbean warmth! I'd comp ya! Annnnnddddddd.....I could get you into PURE niteclub, where Brittany hangs!

I would think that it should be only fair and just for RCCL to comp the cruise if your bar bill exceeds the initial cost.

Is it up for us to see?
Cold and snowy where I am
Want to see the cruising cam!

Sunshine seems a foreign thing
Makes a guy a ding-a-ling
Dreams of beach and bikinis
Makes a guy go on his knees

Two more weeks and I can go
On the Liberty...no more snow!
Then my own eyes can behold
Of the things Dave has told
