We left from Ft.Lauderdale, took cab to the port $6.00, no problems boarding(started at 11 AM ) had a great lunch in the Windjammer. Sat by the pool< ofcourse had a drink > while waiting for our rooms to open at 1PM.
Everything was absolutely heavenly, honestly can't say one negative thing..we met more hilarous, fun people, just had a ball!
Cozumel, Belize...great prices !
I did get reminaned 2times..for leaving bucket of beers on the pool floor,
where else would YOU put it..suppose to put a towel underneath..< safety reasons>..ugh..pool floor ??? One of the people we met, was nasty to this pool patrol, guess he took it out on me.
Now I want to book again ..sigh. Husband said.."maybe next year" woooo hooooo !

Hi!!! We are leaving on the Navigator for spring break on April 3rd....can't wait!!! Is there anything special that we definitely shouldn't miss? We are a family of 5 (kids are 11,13 and 15). We are going with 5 other families and have already met a few others online that we are planning on meeting onboard!! We are all counting down the days!!!

Hi...To answer the first people..anything not to miss...I would suggest you bring a highlighter pen...so much to do, but if you miss that day event..you still have other days..alot of them are in same time ballpark times. Be sure to read in the square part..where says..SNACKS, most people, including us..didn't realize the cookouts, mardi gras,etc.. was in that square part..till second day..we just happened to walk into it..and thought UGH..then reread all in the daily compass report..was there.

Now for the 2 person's question...Yes, we did save all the 5 days compass report..but I am so illerate when comes to doing the scanning..you know, being blonde. We do have a copy machine..that would go alot faster and I could mail to you..if you want to leave me your address...but under email only...WITTYMJ@AOL.COM

enjoyed your post , can i ask what type of stateroom did you have ? I HAVE BOOKED 8632 on navigator and would like to know any info. is this a good size cabin ? ,also did you eat in the main restaurant each night ? dont know if i wish to dress up every evening . have been on other cruises but never RCI so really looking forward to it ,what are the bar prices like ? sorry any info would be great

Truly, you will enjoy your trip on the Navigator Ship. We were on the same floor you are, #8349. To be honest, was alittle tight, but we rarely spend anytime in the room, cept to sleep, change clothes, wash up.
Yes, we did do main dining room every night..as we has enjoyed our group of 6 at the table very much...they were hilarious ! You will see all kinds of dressings, sloppiest, elegants, formal ( not formal night, either )
jeans, many rushing from their excursions to meet for 6PM dining time
( what we had ) had worn what they worn that day..I would suggest, casual clothing, and alittle more casual on formal night...

We are sailing on the Navigator on March 24. Did the official ship's time change to match local time in Cozumel and Belize? I understand there is a 2-hour difference for the next two weeks, i.e. Fort Lauderdale is on EDT and Cozumel/Belize are on CST.

Our itinerary shows 5:00 PM departures from each port, and I need to know if that is really 3:00 PM local time in order to book non-RCI excursions. Thanks!

We went on this cruise last year - we were told to stick to ship times, the river cruise in belize was fantastic and very hot - you will need a hat, we also went to the mia ruins, these were ok but not suitable for children even i found it boring. Cozumel great - go over to playa del carmen on boat and go to excaret , fantastic day out.
