Default Question on Ship schedule ~

I have looked at RCCL website for info on my cruise.
Is there a place to find the schedule for more formal nights in the dining room?
I would like to schedule my Chops dinner that night as I am not much for formal.
It would be nice to see the ship event schedule before I go..............am I missing it or do they announce after you board?
Thank you.
P

Cruisedailies.com offers collections of the daily event schedules.

Just select using the blue site navigation panel on the left side of the screen.

It will?? Because I asked the very same question
(for the very same reasons) on another RCCL forum
and I was told that dress code for chops remains
smart casual even on formal night. No one disputed
that in the thread, but I'm all ears to hear what you have to
say on this subject!!

That has always been my experience, but who knows, ships are different and dinning options are evolving and changing. All I can say is formal nights, we dressed up.
P.S. I thought I might be going crazy, so I looked up the policy. Every night is smart casual, formal night is formal. This is how we have always done it in the past.

You can always eat at the Windjammer for Dinner on formal nights if dressing in a gown isn't your thing.

Ya know.... we always got dressed for formal night.
It was never our "thing" but we went along with the crowd for a little while.
Then it was back to the cabin to get "comfortable" again.

I think it was the fact that FOS doesn't have laundry facilities like
Carnival does... we're going to end up packing more clothing for the trip
and decided not to bother lugging along formal wear.

Who knows we might change our minds, but Suz sure liked the sound of
not dressing up formal! We wouldn't disrespect the main dining room people on formal night so it's either windjammer or a specialty restaurant.
