hi paul.

You need to preload the picture into something like www.photobucket.com <-- its free. When its loaded, you copy the Direct Link.. It will look like http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a57/dbtvs/IMG_0534.jpg

you click the Img button, paste in the link then press the Img button again. It will have an asterick next to it.

Then your all done.
