I was told that on Serenade o/t Seas, you could schedule times to have dinner that were different from the regular "Early or Late" seating times in the main dining halls.
In other words, you could schedule dinner at 7:15 if you choose, rather than either the 6:00 PM or 8:00 PM seatings in the Main Restaurants. This is, of course, true for the Specialty Restaurants.
Yes, it's called My Time dining, and is being rolled out on all Royal Caribbean ships. Do'nt know the exact timing of implementation on each ship, but it's coming.

Royal Caribbean is trying this type of dining on its ships. Go to RCCL website and send them an email. In your email tell them what ship you will be on and if my time dining will be implemented on your cruise. They should respond within 72 hours. Hope this helps.
