Default Is this a good balcony cabin on Voyager of the Seas?

I have never splurged for a balcony cabin before, but decided I would on this cruise. We could have basically free reign of the D2 balcony class and got room 8640 which is mid-ship and the agent highly reccomended it. Is this a fine choice or should I make a change? Thanks again, since I spent the extra money for a balcony I really wanna make sure I get a good choice.

Looks like an excellent choice! Any balcony is a good balcony.....!! You'll love having it and will never want to cruise again without one!

A D2 balcony on Deck 8, midship on any Voyager class ship is an awesome choice!

I like that location but next time ask if there are any aft balcony cabins available. You have to experience one of them, they are great! Bob

Good choice. You are high enough that u wil have a great view. The balcony is so nice in the morning to sip a cup of coffee as you sit in port. It's wonderful at night, the breeze is blowing and it is very quiet; all you hear is the sea and waves. If there is a nice breeze u can leave the door open and have the breeze blow in, if the pool deck is crowded you can lounge on your balcony, read a book, and have a drink.
