Default Crown & Anchor Savings

I just logged onto RCI website and saw that crown & anchor has a $200 savings for my cruise next year. I booked my cruise thru an online travel agency. Can any of you veteran cruisers or experts tell me can I get credit for this cruise even though its already been booked. The guidelines on the certificates says: good for new booking only. Any info will be appreciated.

Thanks.

Did you tell your TA that you are a member of the Crown and Anchor Society when you originally booked your cruise?? You should have some type of Membership # - I am not a member yet but have cruised other lines before and my TA always asks
me for my Past Passenger Acct. ## to get additional discounts. Hope
your TA can get this credit for you. Anyone else with more info ??

I would contact your travel agent and supply him/her with your C&A number and see if she can apply the coupon.

I plan on doing just that. I'm going to call the travel agency and give them my crown and anchor #. I don't believe I gave them my # when I booked the cruise. Thanks.

On my recent cruise on the Liberty OTS, I called the Crown and Anchor and even though my TA had notified them that we were C and A, the $200 credit was not in. I spoke with a very friendly representative and although this was only one week before the cruise, she was able to give us the credit, which appeared on our next credit card statement.

Where on RCCL site do you see the $200.00 savings for C & A? I don't see it.

We did the same when C&A came out with a coupon for our cruise. Our TA took care of it. Recently the prices came down for Senior Citizens. This is one of the few time you want to tell your age!! We were expecting $140 savings but our TA got us $522!! Gotta love the savings.

I found out about it by calling C&A on the phone.
