Default 2010-2011 cruises.....

When will these be posted?

We "booked" our next cruise while onboard and had 30 days to make our reservation. We will most likely cruise in 2010 but would like more options if possible before our time is up and we have to stand on what we decide.

Anyone know when they will come out?

Default 2010 Cruises

We're already booked for a 2010 cruise - February 1, Jewel OTS, Panama Canal.

Once you decide where and when you want to cruise, check with your TA to see if he/she can book you yet.

Thanks for the reply

Dh and I cemented our cruise last night after looking at cabin possibilities and we decided on the Explorer again.

The kids will miss a bit of school and then our Spring Break is the following week so life is good again!

As I understand it - you can move your reservation and deposit around some - as long as you stay wuith RCCL or Celebrity. Think you can even
delay the actual cruise for 2 or 3 years.

Who told you that you have to book within 30 days?

With an NC you have all the time in the world to make a fixed booking.

RCI has posted itineraries through April 2010. May 2010 - April 2011 will most likely be released between April and May 2009.

That's great. We're doing the Southern Carib on Explorer in April 2009 - so looking forward to it!

The fine print is for the Friends and Family coupon. That booking has to occur within 30 days of your reservation.

But you can hold on to your NC as long as you want. I always have 3 or 4 at home. Never know when you need one.

I HATE that new open booking policy and tell my friends family and readers Never to use it. You are better off picking a 3 day cruise as far out as possible and putting a deposit down on it with only one passenger name. Your travel agent can then change the date, the ship even the names without losing the chipboard credit. the credit you actually receive will be determined by the cruise you actually end up taking. Even though a 3 nighter gets only 50 bucks, if you change it to 7 you will get the $100. I suggest the 3 day because it has the lowest deposit amount and the farther out you book it the longer you have to use it. Those new open bookings have to be used in 30 days can not be transferred and you do not get double credit if there are two of you in the same cabin. It is a joke!!!!Any one needing any advice on this let me know I'll be glad to fill in more details.
