Is bottled water free?
is it included in soda card cost?

No it is not free. I purchase soda packages, but can't remember if it includes bottled water or not. The soda package does include juice.

I packed 2 six packs of bottled water in my main suitcase and it was all there when it got to my room.

The cruise lines will not hassle you for bringing water (in a reasonable amount).

No, the soda package does not included bottle water. It only includes fountain soda, not even canned sodas.

Trust me, on a cruise ship the tap water is healthier than any bottled water.
Plus, it taste better.

I agree with Rinker, the tap water is just fine, save some hassle and just use that. Your cabain attendant will keep you in ice for the week, so you should be just fine, if you need more, just ask.
