Yes.
You will find a 5 and 10 game. But you may also find no limit as the table will "adjust" if the players ask.
House rake is 10%
There will also be a tournament, at least one, with a re-buy.

Just always remember what my gret grandaddy said, if after two hands you do not know who the sucker is at the table, it is you!

I shall ask about the texas hold em no limit tourney at the
beginning of the cruise..
