Most 7-day cruises have one midnight or GALA buffet. Sometimes they will have something very late on Lido deck as well.
It really is a waste to have more than that.

Have spent many months at sea altogether, and have only been to one or tow midnight buffets, probably because we always take late seating, and usually sit and chat with table-mates till 9:30 or 10. After the first couple of cruises, eating is not the main thing.
