Leaving on the Enchantment Sept 11, God willin and no hurricanes,
and want to eat at Chops one night. This is the 4 nite cruise, Key West
and Cozumel.
What night is formal night and do they serve lobster formal
night or some other night. On the Adventure this summer, they
had lobster , but NOT on formal night.
Want to try to time Chops not to miss formal night or lobster.
I am not sure which night will be formal night. But, I'll give you a suggestion. I am almost embarrassed to admit this, but we booked one of the specialty restaurants and later found out it was lobster night in the main dining room so.......we still went to our regular dinner seating and had just the lobster, then went to the specialty restuarant a little later for our dinner. I still cannot believe we did that.
Another suggestion would be to go to Chops as soon as you board the ship to make your reservation. Ask them what night is lobster night....they can usually answer that question.

It was very difficult choosing a cabin. I ended up sticking with a traditional balcony cabin, but did get one on the bump-out, which is a first for me. I'm not sure how many cabins were booked, but I booked one for a client and one for myself. We both got our first choice in cabin numbers...so, I assume they were not going all that fast. RCCL is opening reservations to everyone in three days....so, the cruises will start to book up. I'm planning on doing a group cruise on her and am hoping that I am able to get the date I want once they open it up to groups.
