Yes, on all of the cruises we have been on they have celebrity entertainers... but I guess that is in the eye of the beholder. On our July '08 Liberty cruise we had Micky Dolenz of the Monkees. He did a several old Monkee songs and few others. He travels with a group leader/guitarist and his sister. Afterwards he greeted all comers at a table just outside the theater selling CDs and giving autographs/pictures. We had the Osmonds on Freedom as well.
As far as the barber shop I personnally can't say, but... DW and I sat at Cafe Promenade for well over an hour one afternoon as one guy had a trim, shave and God knows what else and was still in the chair when we left. It seemed to take forever. We even saw one young lady come in (in a long dress no less!) and had her hair colored - at least that's what the DW said she had. Guess the hairdressers in the other part of the ship where all booked.
