Default Menu changes on Independence of the Sea, will there be one

I've been reading some reviews about the Independence of the Sea.
Since it's home port is in England, the food menu have been geared for the British. I know for some, Kidney Pie is their favorite dish but I'm hoping that they will change their meal menu to more of a American taste when it sails out of Fort Lauderdale.
How often do they change the menus?

I was on the Independence in June and kidney pie was not on any menu I saw. You may be referring to an english dish Steak and Kidney pie but there was nothing like this in any of the restaurants I dined in. There were many Americans as well as UK citizens on the ship in June and there was certainly food to suit all tastes . Breakfast items included grits, sausage , biscuits and gravy etc.
You will love the Independence she is a beautiful ship.

thanks for the input. I read on another board about the Kidney Pie and most likely it was Steak and Kidney Pie... Kidney just stuck out in my head. It was from someone who had taken a short cruise from South Hampton to Ireland.

Glad to hear there is something for everyone. I haven't been on one of the mega ships yet, looking forward to sailing on the Independency.

Thank you
