Who know about this service include in Owner Suit at Navigator of the seas????

VIP embarkation and disembarkation
VIP Tender Tickets

You will have the items you mentioned plus being a suite, you will also have access to the Concierge Club on Deck 9 where you can enjoy free drinks, hors d'oeuvres and morning coffee and limited breakfast items. This is one of our favorite places prior to dinner.

Basically it means that you don't have to wait in line to get on/off the ship or to get a tender.

VIP Embarkation & Disembarkation means that you can wait in private areas, that have refreshments, for priority embarkation/disembarkation (first on the ship/first off).

VIP Tender Tickets means that you will be first off the ship in those ports that require tendering.
