Default Crown and Anchor Coupons

Can someone tell me how to see the Crown & Anchor coupons that are being offered?

When I log on to RCCL, I have no luck in finding them.

Thanks for any info.

Log into the RCCL website. In the top right hand side mouse over the Crown & Anchor drop down box and click on Special Offers. Then click on Saving Certificates. That will bring up a list of the coupons available to you.

Unfortunatly that is exactly what I am doing and I CANNOT click on Savings Certificates.

I cannot even find my cruise history. Do you know how I would go about locating that?

Boy, Never had this much trouble on line.

Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

You have to log in every time you go to RCI web site before you can see the coupons.

I do log in every time, but cannot click on to savings certificates.

Plus I do not see cruise history anywhere on the site.

I will keep on trying, but seems hopeless.

Annie:

In addition to the above, after clicking on "special offers", you must enter your user name and password. If you haven't already set up a "my cruises" account, you must do it to see the savings certificates.

Just to make sure it still works, I logged in as Cruisequeen indicates, and viewed the certificates available - no problem.

By the way, as I recall, when setting up your account, you must have your Crown & Anchor membership number available. Good luck.

I get this message: AT THIS TIME WE ARE NOT ABLE TO COMPLETE YOUR REQUEST. TRY AGAIN LATER.

Thanks for your help, but I'm ready to give up.

Every now and again, RCCL's website experiences difficulties. (quite frequently) Be sure your log in is the only one you have ever used. Your C & A number must be associated with your log on - so check that as well.

Annie, it depends where you live too. Those of us who live in the UK can't see any of the information you're asking about - the website site says it's coming soon but it's been saying that for years.

To update everyone. After e-mailing C & A about my problem, they seemed to have adjusted it, and I now can see my cruise history and savings certificates.

Thanks to all again for your help.
