Default What time will it be in Grand Cayman?

We will be on the Freedom of the Seas in March. I would like to book an excursion but I am confused about the time differences. It the ship says we dock at 8:00, what time will it be there? Also does anyone know if we dock at the pier or tender in? Would also like to know where we dock in Cozumel. Punta Langosta or the International Pier?

Doesn't matter. Stay on ships time. The tour operators are aware of it.

In Cozumel you'll be at the International pier unless something unusual happens.

Ship's time always, and the International Pier should be fully repaired by now.

Grand Cayman is Central time. If your ship departs from Florida your ship will be on Eastern time. Ships time is different in Grand Cayman and Cozumel. Most of the private tour operators know this and will adjust the starting times.
