Ummm... any cabin all the way forward is bound to feel any movement of the sea significantly more than the rest of the ship. I am sorry to tell you this but it is mere physics. it is the one spot where you feel it the most.
In calm seas, as on most cruises, you probably won't feel a thing, but if you DO hit rough water chances are you will feel it more in a forward stateroom than just about anyplace on the ship.

As for motion, today's vessels are so large and computerized, the "motion of the ocean" is dramatically reduced.
