I'm not sure if it's a discount for each cruise; what I understand is this: they offer some cruises at a discount.
On the RCCL site you can find a list of the cruises they are offering discounts on. They also offer these discounts at almost every cabin level from interior to suites.

If you are a
Crown and anchor member you will recieve C ^ A member discount certificates on certain sailings. I saved #125 on my lastone book that is comming up in March in addition to an OBC for booking while on our last cruise. I would sign up if I were you and make sure all of your past cruises with them are credited. the more you have the better discounts tor perks you can get.

If you are a crown and anchor member, do you get a discount on each cruise you book? My husband and I have sailed with RC 6 times.
Different levels of Crown and Anchor get different benefits...higher the level = more benefits. We booked a balcony on an upcoming 12 night cruise and received a $150 discount per person (X2 = $300 off cruise price). We are Diamond members. I am not sure we would have gotten the discount if we booked a non balcony cabin...don't think we would have. Also, I think that the length of the cruise determines the amount of discount.
Instead of people telling you what they think ....just go to the RCI website to check Crown and Anchor benefits for the different levels or call the Crown and Anchor society customer rep and ask. They are always helpful when we call. Good luck!
