I have never sailed on Royal and I was wondering if they have a new menu in the dining room every night?

Yes, every evening there is a different menu. Although, they do keep certain entre's available every evening, chicken, steak...If you go down to the entrance to the dining room during the day after lunch, they will have their dinner menu up and you can get a look at it.
