How has embarkation for the Independence Of The Seas been?
What is the best time to check in for this ship at Port Everglades?

We always are there around 11 am, and get on shortly thereafter....at this time, there is already a crowd, so have patience

11am to noon will get you aboard, but you might not be able to access your cabin until 1pm.

It's not embarkation you should be concerned about but rather disembarkation.

It's not embarkation you should be concerned about but rather disembarkation.

Why be concerned about that? I'd just as soon stay aboard, sip coffee, and enjoy the morning and let all the others run over each other until I'm forced to disembark.

Short run from the airport but a real zoo where they drop passengers/luggage. Last month we got there around 1100 and were having lunch in the "Windjammer" by 1140. Wife not fond of the size but I thought "RCI" did a good job overall. And I do agree about disembarking, even though we are Diamond Plus, we got off last. SO enjoyable IF you are not rushing.
