Crown and Anchor membership

have been trying to sign up for this on web site. We had a So. Caribbean cruise in March and are booked for Alaska in July - yet it keeps saying we have no eligible cruises for membership, even though I supply dates for both. We have also sailed on Celebrityto Bermuda, which someone told us counts towards C/A emmbership. Anyone else had any problem getting signed up?

Yes, I've gotten the runaround in getting RCI to update my cruises. I eventually called them on the telephone; and, they assured me that their "on-line" cruise point system was not always accurate, while they did have my three cruises in their system. I like the actual cruises that we've been on with Royal; but, they are way behind Princess on how they treat their repeat customers.

Just give the C/A a call and they can handle it all for you in one phone call. The online system is rarely up to date.

A Celebrity cruise does not count towards the RCI Crown and Anchor program. While the 2 cruise lines are owned by the same corporate entity, their cruises do not count towards the other cruiselines repeat customer program. However, the 2 cruiselines do have reciprocity with each other. That means that whatever level you have achieved on one cruiseline, you get the same level benefits from the other cruiseline's repeat customer program, but they do not accept each other's cruises.

From dealing with C/A in the past, they are anything but quick...Just give them some time..
