Default Rock Climbing Wall

Is there an additional charge for the rock climbing walls on RCL ships? If so how much?

Thanks

Jack

If it's not too busy they will allow you to climb the next level of difficulty right after your first climb. Assuming you have the strength to do that.

you will have a lot of fun on the rock wall. i ended up winning the teen speed competition for the rock wall. I climbed to the top in about 28 seconds, beating out the second place person by over 10 seconds. I got a gold medal (actually gold too). if you have any kids i suggest they try out the competition its a lot of fun

I rock climbing wall is free and it lookes fun. My sister and I wanted to do it. We were in line and around four girls cut the line and got in front of us. What turned us off was the one girl had head lice. Cant handle that. However the line told us the next time we could bring our own helmet. So I sijest bringing your own helmit.

Yikes!
I had thought I would like to try this, since I've been working out in a gym with a personal trainer for the past three months (and then, maybe I wouldn't embarrass myself by not being able to climb at all!!!). Maybe I will just pass on this activity. ewwwwwwww.....

I don't know if helmets are required but I,m really thinking about bringing along a can of Lysol, you could spray the inside of the helmet(people might look at you funny but whatever). You could also use it to spray door knobs, remote control, faucets, etc.... I'll see you(and your tee shirt) in a few weeks. looking forward to meeting you in person and will be looking out for the lime green shirts.

How did they know she had lice? :o

Can you wear a baseball cap under the helmet? That would help deter the lice.

Were bringing a can too and bringing the wipes too, they are a little more hidden in a baggie.

I'll be bringing my own high angle/water rescue helmet for my clan to use then.

Looking forward to it.

24 DAYS TO GO!!!!!!!! YEEEEHAAAAAA

I wonder if they have shower caps in the room, you could always put that on first.

we knew she had head lice because she had her hair pulled into pigtails and you could see it. my sister has children so she knew. it was real bad. you are allowed to bring on helmits. we made sure you could because we plan on climbing when we go on the oasis in january.

No additional charge , but if you really want to Rock climbing . I advice you to follow the hours of operation of it , since is not 24 hrs open and you may end up leaving the ship without enjoying this activity
