Default explorer of the seas questions!

hi, i've never been on a Royal Carribbean cruise and i was wondering about a few things. (actually there's a lot )

first what is the Johnny Rockets cover charge? i've heard anywhere from 3 to 5

Second is the food in the promenade free? like the little cafes?

third is there a room service price? other than tip? and what would the usual tip be?

Fourth in the Optix Teen club are the drinks free or are they like soda where you need a card for them.

Thank you so much and sorry for all the questions!

Room service is free, just the tip and that depends on what all you order, a regular order for like 2 people, I usually tip $5.00...

Not sure what the going charge is for J. Rockets these days, but there are other places to get a decent burger without a charge.

Yes, all drinks will need your sign/sail card..

There are some specialty places in the promonade that do charge for things, like special coffee and some bakery goods, but regular coffee is free and ice cream there too.

Everyone gets a sign/sail card, that you will use to purchase anything while onboard the ship. The soda cards they sell if you want one. If you are a big soda drinker, they may be cost effective, if not, just drink the lemonaide/iced tea, coffee, etc.

Does anyone know the current cost of a soda card?
Also, to keep it within the context of the the OP's questions:
wine card - cost?
spa access - days and cost?

Thanks in advance to those who respond!

Kids Beverage Package
The cost of the package is $4.00 USD per person, per day, and is applicable to the total days of the cruise vacation. A 15% gratuity charge will be added.

Adults' Beverage Program

Hope this helps.
