There is an interesting post on another board else about cruises on the Great Lakes.
It's an interesting concept for sure. I've seen one ship only (name escapes me at the moment) that has been coming up the Welland Canal for about 4/5 years now. It is quite small - maybe 100/125 guests, no pool and does't look like it has any entertainment area.
I actually priced it as I thought it might be fun to do once. However it had a price-tag of $10,000 per couple which I felt was outrageous so that idea went south.
Anyway, would anyone have any interest in sailing from Quebec/Montreal up the Welland Canal and around the Great Lakes?

I live in the Detroit area and have seen many "lake" cruise ships come through. These are not big ships since the ports they tend to stop at are small. All of them in this area only stop on the Canadian side and seem to be mostly European.
Life is too short to let the ship of your dreams sail without you.
