Default Size of Balcony Rooms noticable?

last year we sailed Adventure of the seas and booked a guarantee balcony. we ended up getting a "D1 Superior Ocean View Strm W/Bal."
For our upcoming cruise we have a "D2 Deluxe Ocean View Strm W/Bal" reserved. Besides being a different catagory and price, and 15 sqft different... whats the difference? I mean, can the average person really notice a 15 sqft difference?
Carnival Destiny 1/05
Navigator of the Seas 1/06
Voyager of the Seas 1/07
Liberty of the Seas 1/08
Adventure of the Seas 1/09

I really don't think you'll notice a difference. As long as you have a balcony, that is what counts....

Have a great time and enjoy the ship/cabin!

Isn't the only other difference that D1 and D2s are on different decks?

On the same class of ship there is no size difference between a D1 and a D2. The amazing thing is the range difference between a D1or 2 on Voyager class (188-cabin 50-balcony) and it's big sisters, Freedom class is 214-cabin 68-balcony.
