Well, here it is...DAY 5 and the first time on the computer. Thought I would of had more time for this, NOPE..
Well leaving Bayonne is not the prettiest. But hell, your going on a ship not a tour of NJ.
So much food, and that was just the boarding. Was stuff already and we didn't eat all day.
This ship does not look worn to us, as we have read in other posts. So many people working to keep it clean and working.
1st night out...winds were at gale force 35+ mph and 7-9' seas, needless to say we say many people not talking it well. A trip to the medical office for a shot for seasickness.....$160 We made NC by that morning.
The 2nd day was much better, less winds but seas still 7-9' waves.
The dinner have been good, we've had the steak. But for steak and potato lovers, not very filling.
So many good looking people dressed up, ya momma says you clean up nice.
By the time you hit the Florida area, sun was shining, but with 26 mph winds, still not real cumfy to lay out. Many people burned though and many others with goose bumps
Arriving at San Juan was gorgeous...Our time was moved from 3 to 4 and then we arrived and cleared by 2:20. AWESOME.. more time to visit.
We did the Segways....GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We were pros by the time 2 hours were up.
Leaving San Juan at 11:30 was beautiful.
It looked gloomy arriving at St Thomas at 7 am, but did the sun ever come out and warm us up....oh yeah.
We did the Snuba, very cool, fish eat the dog bones right out of your hand.
The ice show was great. The vibeology was good. The impressionist was funny as can be, never laughed so hard. The comedian was luke warm.
Haven't won in the casino yet.
Rock Wall....got lots of fiberglas pieces in our knees, I suggesat to wear some sort of long pants.
I have copies of the Compasses and will download when we get home..
So long for now and will update again, WHEN I GET A CHANCE.
