I thought if the cruise line had a sale and your cruise dropped you were intitled to the price difference? Our cruise has went down but the sale is for new bookings only, plus since I booked though someone else they told me to call them. Which all I get is a recording when I call them. Any suggestions?

If it is a price drop for new bookings only, then RCI will not give it to you.
But it never hurts to ask, I always say.
Go to the RCI website and get the number there to discuss your reservation. I always had very good service through RCI and got price drops w/out hassle if I was eligible.
Be advised that if you made your reservation through a Travel Agent, you should go to them for the price drop. RCI will not adjust your reservation if you used a Travel Agent.
RCCL Serenade of the Seas
You may just have to eat it. I assume you booked at a price you were comfortable with. I always reference 3 places before I book and this time; I got a price for a balcony that I would have paid for an oceanview plus; I got another $100 onboard credit.
