HELP! 7 night cruise dining decision

Help! My husband and I are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary on the Liberty of the Seas sailing to the Eastern Caribbean soon. We want to dine at Chops one night, but don't want to miss the formal nights in the main dining room. My question is: which 2 nights are formal on that 7-night cruise this fall? Thanks in advance!!!!!!!!

On Liberty the Formals are Sunday and Wednesday unless they have changed since 7/11.

I'm sorry !!!! Does Liberty not leave on a Sunday?
It's been our experience that formal night is the second night of the cruise and next to last night. On Freedom which departs on a Sunday, formal nights were Monday and Friday.

I don't know why Liberty does the 2nd formal on a Wednesday it should be a Thursday 2nd to last day.

However with Liberty becoming a Sunday departure ship in the near future those formal days will change.

Also Lobster nite was Thursday. 8)

Cruisequeen is right at least for the Eastern Carib sailing. Sunday was lobster on our sailing and it was very good. We skipped the last formal night so I can not comment

It appears as though the Sunday departures start 11/01/2009 and run through 2/5/2011 where she starts her 8 night sailings then sails out on Saturday again with some 6 night sailings and a 3 nighter to coco cay on 10/28/2010.
