Default Repeats

After a cruise has anyone repeat the same cruise at a different time frame? Would the repeat on the cruise be better than the last time?

I've did Liberty 3 times. I cruised her three months apart. The menu and shows of course are the same. I loved all 3 sailings on Liberty and will book her again.

The repeat cruise can be same, better or worse depending if anything should go wrong or not. Bad weather, not so great service, etc. etc.
Or it can be even better the 2nd time around.

If a cruise gets repeated over a period of time, I am sure you might have chosen different shore excursion to find better activities that can really make it worth while going again in anther time.

You are correct. I have sailed the same southern and eastern inten's 3 times. You figure out which ports you like and dont like, the dont likes you stay on the boat and enjoy pool with a few others or the deals at the spa.

We've done several cruises with the same itinerary but different shore excursions. One of the reasons we continue to enjoy the excursions is because we have a better idea of what we want to see and which excursions are just a waste of time and money. There's always something to enjoy no matter how many times you visit a port.

On our first cruises we were so excited, we had to be the first in line to get off the ship. Sure, we were cruising...but we were running!

For example, we noticed we never leisurely just enjoyed the view and ambiance of being in port. Well...with a repeat itinerary we don't feel that 'rush' to get off the ship.

So for us, a repeat-itinerary has been a good thing. We're actually enjoying the cruising experience more.
