Richard Spacey on the Oasis?

There are rumors that Richard Spacey will be getting on the ship and beginning as CD this weekend on the Oasis. Can anyone confirm this please?
I am bored with Ken Rush and hear that Richard is fabulous. We are sailing next week on Oasis! Thx!

I spoke to Spacey on Tuesday and he said he would be talking over as CD in two weeks.

Spacey is already onboard but behind the scenes.

The Oasis cruisers are stuck with Ken Rush for alittle while longer! :eek::-x:???:

Yes TM Spacey should still be there as CD in April.

Just sailed the Oasis last week (01/30/10). Spacey is the CD. I personally find him to be borderline obnoxious. He may be a nice enough guy, but he seems to be an attention sponge. Instead of letting the contestants and performers be the focus of the shows, he has to constantly make himself the center of attention. There is a way to be funny and enhance the experience without making the show all about himself. After a while it becomes tiresome and over the top.

Richard Spacey is THE best CD. Hope he does his Austin Powers routine for you, it's priceless. He is bubbling over with energy and makes the whole cruise lively fun. For those who haven't sailed with him there are a lot of Youtube videos of him performing.

I love Spacey's evolution of Dance routine.

He's the show within the show.

Actually on the Oasis I rather watch Spacey's Dance, Austin Powers and Borat routine instead of Hairspray.
